Supply Tutor Assessor in Healthcare
Variable hours per week, 52 weeks per year
£13.93 - £14.87 per hour including holiday pay
We are looking for experienced Healthcare professionals who have a passion for the sector and ideally some experience of assessing or training in a clinical workplace setting. Assessing qualifications are not essential and will be offered to the successful candidates if needed.
You will be working with apprentices on the Healthcare Support Worker/Senior Healthcare Support Worker and Adult Care Apprenticeship Standard developing their Knowledge, Skills and Behaviours and preparing them for End Point Assessment. You will also need to be confident using online platforms and technology to work remotely on occasion.
You must be a confident communicator who is people focused and able to build relationships quickly. This will be in addition to your strong organisational ability, self-reliance and good levels of numeracy and literacy.
