Director of Land-Based Industries
36 hours per week, 52 weeks per year
£49,016 - £52,883 per annum
The Director of Land-Based Industries will have overall responsibility all the Land-Based FE provision and the Easton Estate, i.e. farm, grounds, animal management centre and equine yard (but not the buildings and infrastructure), leading and managing a team of staff to achieve strategic and operational objectives.
This person will be an exceptional professional, who works collaboratively with all colleagues, students and stakeholders, promoting teamwork and professionalism in all that they do. By working in this way and fully utilising all resources available, they will support the development, planning, delivery and monitoring of a highly effective curriculum. Teams will provide excellent Apprentice and Student experiences, ensuring that very best practice, teaching, learning and assessment is evident routinely. Apprentices, students, staff, teams and external stakeholders will be supported and challenged by the exemplary, inclusive leadership, of the Director of Land-Based Industries.
