Director of Academic Progress and Individual Achievement
36 hours per week, 52 weeks per year
£49,016 - £52,883 per annum

The Director of Academic Progress and Individual Achievement will have overall responsibility for 16-18 non-technical education, academic progress and high-grade achievement, personalised learning programmes, inclusive practice, and lead on the Personal Development framework for all Apprenticeship and FE provision. The role will ensure that students and Apprentices from disadvantaged groups or with barriers to learning have equal access to education. Managing a team of staff to achieve strategic and operational objectives.
This person will be an exceptional professional, who works collaboratively with all colleagues, students and stakeholders, promoting teamwork and professionalism in all that they do. By working in this way and fully utilising all resources available, they will support the development, planning, delivery and monitoring of a highly effective curriculum. Teams will provide excellent Apprentice and Student experiences, ensuring that very best practice, teaching, learning and assessment is evident routinely. Apprentices, students, staff, teams and external stakeholders will be supported and challenged by the exemplary, inclusive leadership, of the Director of Land-Based Industries.
